Update Kaivo
Type kaivo -update: Kaivo looks for the latest version, downloads it, checks the file's SHA-256 fingerprint to make sure it's intact, then replaces the program. kaivo -update --check only tells you whether a new version exists, without installing it.
In a session, /update does the same, then asks you to quit and restart kaivo to use the new version.
If the update fails because the folder can't be written to, run the install command from the Downloads page again: it puts the program back in the right place.
